General information:
Mother Teresa International Airport:
Mother Teresa International Airport is the only airport of Tirana. The airport is well connected to the main European cities. Some of the main companies that operate here are: Wizz Air, Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines, British Airways, Pegasus, Air Albania, Albawings, Ryanair, Air Serbia, Lot Polish Airlines, Aegean Airlines, Easyjet etc.

Traveling from the airport to the city center:
The airport is located 17 km northwest of the city and is reachable in 20-30 minutes by taxi or bus from the city center.
Busses are available every 60 minutes. Bus ticket costs around 3.50 euros (400 Albanian Lek) and can be purchased at the airport on your arrival. Timetable available in https://www.tirana-airport.com/en/transport-and-directions/15/By-Bus
Taxis cost around 20 euros and can be found at the airport exit. We recommend always confirming the price prior to departure.
Moving inside the city:
The venue of the symposium is at the Polytechnic University of Tirana Rectorate Building, at the southern end of the main Boulevard of the city.

Tirana’s city center is fairly walkable. Everything is within a 20 min walk. Moving by taxi around the city costs around 4 to 8 euros depending on the distance. It is also possible to move by city bus depending on the destination.
