To participate in the conference, registration for the conference is required, while for the publication of your contribution in the conference proceedings, registration of at least one of the authors is required.

There are no reductions or special rates for participants attending individual days or partial forms of the conference. There are no payments on-site. All payments must be made by the deadlines set by the conference.

For the authors: we recommend that you proceed with the registration immediately after completing the review process of your paper.

Registration fees in early and regular modalities include:

• Participation in the Conference sessions.
• The publication of their paper in the Conference Proceedings in open access digital format in English, Spanish, and Italian.
• Official certificate of participation in the Conference.
• Official certificate of oral presentation (if applicable).
• Official award certificate (if applicable).
• Coffee breaks and lunches on the 19th and 20th of February 2026.
• Conference bag and kit.
• Excursion on 21 February 2026.

Registration fees do not include (to be chosen at the time of regitration):

• Printed volumes of the Conference Proceedings with ISBN/ISSN.
• Gala dinner (until full capacity is reached).

– Late registration (Until 30 November 2025)***:

• Members of the Scientific Committee	260,00 €

* The registration as auditor (i.e. without the presentation of a paper, whether with a single name or with several names) does NOT include the volumes of the Conference Proceedings.

**Final date for payment of the normal registration fee, to have your paper published in the Conference Proceedings, to reserve your place at the gala dinner and for the printing of the Proceedings.

***Registration with a late fee does not allow you to book the Gala Dinner and printed Proceedings.

Early, standard or late registrations do NOT include a hard copy of the Proceedings, which can be reserved at the time of registration at a cost of 60 euros.

The Gala Dinner is scheduled for 20 February 2026 and costs 60 euros, to be paid when registering for the Conference. The venue will be communicated later.
